Previous experience includes all aspects of design from initial concept to fabrication drawings, with diverse materials such as oil sands, coal, pet coke, gravel, potash, limestone, FGD gypsum, copper ore, iron ore, grain, liquid and formed sulphur.
Mechanical & Structural Solid Modeling for design analysis, capacity studies, volume calculations, animations and promotional material.
Discreet Element Modeling using Bulk Flow Analyst, for material flow analysis in chutes, transfer points, including forces created on chutework and impact zones.
Additional experience in plant/system layout, optimization and de-bottlenecking, fabrication inspection, technical site advisor, system commissioning.
